Meet Adam J. Haynes - Founder and Owner

Adam Haynes is a business professional born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a long history in digital media arts and a college degree in Audio and Video Technology. He takes great pride in empowering his colleagues and business partners by promoting honesty and transparency through detailed communication.

Mr. Haynes is a champion for quality assurance. He began his career as a Social Media Content Moderator for Webhelp Americas, a startup servicing various popular social media platforms (including the largest social media advertiser in the world), where he spent two years from the company's conception to its eventual merger with Concentrix. As interim Team Lead for LIVE Moderation in 2022, him and his colleagues in Mason, Ohio wrapped up 2 years of revenue totaling $7 billion (USD). In May of that year, he accepted an offer to join the highly skilled team behind Schneider Electric's industry-popular PremSet Medium Voltage Switchgear line as Production Trainer in Fairfield, Ohio, supporting data centers. Known for his charisma and team-building attitude, Mr. Haynes accepted his current role as Phase II Quality Assurance Lead at Schneider's flagship plant in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, after helping lead the training team that transitioned PremSet from Southwest Ohio to Middle Tennessee.

With certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Lean Management (Google), the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, and more, Mr. Haynes plans to grow a community of enlightened professionals by sharing his knowledge and real-world experience in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.
